We offer repairs, resizing and exchanges for all in store purchases. 

·      We do not offer refunds

·      Exchange requests must be within 30 days of purchase.

·      We will require proof of purchase.

·      The item must be unused and in original condition.

Repair and resize requests must be within 30 days of purchase to be considered for a complimentary service. All complimentary repairs and resizing are only offered on the discretion of our onsite jeweller. Manufacturing faults are considered in this decision. Charges may apply to repairs and adjustments based on the nature of the job. Exchanges are to be of equal value.
